The Survey was designed to cover a group of characteristic functions in the field of library and informational services performed by a variety of agencies of state government. In attempting a report on the material collected, the Survey group found some of the data essentially irrelevant, or unrevealing of any significant conditions. Finally, a comment on the writing of this report and commentary on the Survey. The work of writing the report therefore began with a great deal of data already organized. |
