This book describes an original concept of the multi-project organisation as a legal society, in contrast to the authoritarian concepts of power and delegation normally propounded. The author believes that procedural information should be issued 'on demand' to those who ask for it, this demand being stimulated by publicity. Procedural concepts must be broken down into atomic procedures, and presented in such a way that they can be easily assimilated. These are radical proposals that will improve the teaching methods within organisations by the more effective use of communications.
