I we are talking about a process of restructuring an organization at first we have to clarity our understanding of an organization itself. From distance an organization is an association of human beings intending to follow certain purposes. The association is in principal determined by free will, entrepreneural distinction of legislative conversation. The objectives of an organization are usually depending on the intentional frame. For instance any organizational shape of Public Administration should follow the objectives to produce high service quality to the citizens, to be efficient in terms of dealing with ppublic resources and motivate the involved Civil Servants. A company is generraly following the same objectives with the exception to maximize profits and to survive competition on the market. They offer help to any kind of organization in terms of structure, personnel, finances and information technology. It all depends on the approach. In time of a very high capability of technical management we are facing the danger thinking that the proper solutions of life are those that can be facilitated technically.
